New patient appointment process:
First we will schedule an intake appointment day and time.
Next we confirm your insurance coverage and identify copayments or deductibles that may be due at each session. This amount is determined by your insurance company based on your plan.
We will send you a link to Simple Practice, our EHR software, and you will complete new patient forms at least 24 hours before your intake appointment to hold your spot.
At your first appointment, your counselor will gather your history and current concerns to determine a diagnosis for insurance billing. You will partner with your counselor to identify counseling goals and a plan for future sessions. Sessions will be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly in frequency.
Insurances accepted:
Regence, Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, First Choice Health Network, Aetna, Cigna, Coordinated Care, Molina, CHPW, Wellpoint.
We bill insurance directly on your behalf and collect copayments or deductibles that may be due for each session.
